Vintage 1950s Cameron Clay Products USA PINK LAMB PLANTER Ceramic MCM Kitsch

For your consideratin is this vintage planter produced by Cameron Clay Products Company of Cameron, Pennsylvania. Though I haven't come accross a sales catalog, patent or trademark, it is believed this was produced during the 1950s. The planter is fashioned to resemble a little adorable lamb with sculpted fur, neck bow, and facial features. This piece came in several colors, but this listing is for the pink variant. The inside is hollow allowing for a small succulent or African Violet to be planted inside. My preference is to create a centerpiece out of these vintage planters by placing a bottle brush tree in the back and adorning it with lovely jewels. These make a lovely gifts to celebrate the birth of a little girl as well. The piece does have a bit of crazing, as most of them do. There is a small hairline crack that appears to go all the way through on the plain side of the planter. The unglazed bottom is marked, but I cannot make out the number.
